I am the Chief Economist at the EIU. I will be drawing on my experience as an economist, investor, and leader to bring a data-driven mindset and deep economic insights to enhance our ability to anticipate and analyze economic and geopolitical trends allowing our clients to capitalize on strategic opportunities and prepare for risks. I frequently speak at clients’ board meetings, client events and to leadership teams, where I share our views on the economy, geopolitics, and the impact of technology on companies and the markets. Prior to joining the EIU, I was Executive Vice President, Global Head of Strategy & ESG for AIG and subsequently for AIG's Life and Retirement subsidiary, Corebridge Financial. I gave over 180 speeches per year to a variety of different industries and audiences, from 2000 person conferences to one-on-one meetings with CEOs, bringing economics to life by crafting understandable narrative arcs and using stories to illustrate economic concepts and data playing out in real time.
