CurrentResponsibilities: - Score Assignment: evaluate gymnasts' performances based on their execution, difficulty, and artistry and assign scores for each routine according to the respective criteria.- Technical Accuracy: accurately identify and assess the execution of skills performed by gymnasts, including evaluating the form, technique, and precision of each element.- Consistency: strive to apply the rules and deductions consistently across all gymnasts and competitions to ensure fairness and integrity in scoring.- Impartiality: remain impartial and unbiased when evaluating routines, regardless of the gymnasts' nationality, reputation, or affiliation.- Continuing Education: Staying updated on changes to the Code of Points, attending judging seminars, and workshops to enhance my knowledge and skills as a judge.- Professionalism: Conducting myself professionally at all times, maintaining integrity, respect, and fairness in their interactions with gymnasts, coaches, and other officials.- Ethical Conduct: Adhering to ethical standards and avoiding any conflicts of interest that may compromise the integrity of the judging process.
