With over 20 years of work experience in talent and international program services, I am currently the Associate Vice President Talent at Morehouse School of Medicine, where I lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to attract, retain, and develop diverse and high-performing talent. I also oversee the international programs and partnerships that enhance the global impact and reputation of the institution. My core competencies include talent strategy, talent development, employee benefits, HR analytics, and leadership. I hold a Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Georgia, and I am certified in Hogan Assessment Systems, Women’s Leadership Academy, and Lead 4 Success. As a former military officer and manager at IBM, I bring a unique perspective and experience to the higher education sector, and I am passionate about advancing the mission and vision of Morehouse School of Medicine, which is to improve the health and well-being of people of color and the underserved.
