Omollo Constance currently work for B&M consult Limited as a safe guarding focal person and sphere head early childhood education specialist.My career objective is to build my skills and experience to be self-motivated community change agent and development specialist. I am self-driven, dedicated, hardworking, committed with self-drive and strong spiritual growth. I have gained Eight years work experience as a Field Officer/Social Worker in the various organizations working in the child protection, early childhood development, Human Rights Activist and sexual reproductive health education spaces. I have learnt greatly from FSJ Charism - Joy, love and Compassion of God for the people (Mk: 6:34), to love what I do – working with children. I have worked for Community and Charitable Children Instituition Staff(CCIs) sensitization on care reaform and care transition.• Trainer of the case management for reintergration package- supported training of the Rangala Baby Home, Place of Hope CCIs staff and the Siaya County DCS officers.• Contributed in the development of parenting skills training manual and roll-out of the parenting package among care givers.• Training of Community resource persons/facilitators on delivery of parenting skills training for caregivers both group and individual approach.• Conducting on Job Training for the Charitable children institution staffs on Case management.• Program safe guarding lead and ensuring all the safe guarding policies are adhered.• Designing filed data collection tools, data collection, entry and validation.• Community mobilization and sensitization on HIV/AIDS related messages.• Representing the organization in the County and other local meeting forums for partners and technical working groups.Constance holds a Diploma in social work and Community Development.
