I am an entrepreneur, speaker, researcher and writer. When not working, I enjoy reading, traveling, and taking my service dog, Iceman, on regular walks. I live with Cerebral Palsy and am a full-time wheelchair user. I was born and raised in Alabama. I graduated high school in 2012 and started my freshman year at the University of Alabama in their New College Department. In 2014, persistent health problems related to my disability led to me having to leave UA. I started my own business in 2017. Since then, I have worked with the City and local businesses to help ensure that they are in compliance with Titles II & III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). My passion for disability inclusion also includes the areas of improving national disability policies, entrepreneurship, incorporating ADA basics into higher education curriculum, and creating career paths for future advocates with disabilities.
