I've learned that I'm very passionate about my job and that I will go to any lengths to make sure that the job gets done. If I'm unable to complete the task I will make sure to pass on as much information to the next person to guarantee that it can get completed. Some of my key values are that I enjoy helping others, I have always found my greatest joy in being there for others whether its just listening to them while they cry or vent, or writing them little encouraging notes or giving them just a gift to show them that someone was thinking about them. I love the feeling of accomplishment. Knowing that all my hard work paid off and that someone is benefiting from it whether it be a patient, a family member, a friend or myself brings happiness to my life. I believe there is a time and place for fun but that there should be fun in everyone's life. You need balance in your life. In my line of work you have to care about you what are doing because someone's life depends on it. Sometimes I care too much but that's what makes me who I am. I'm passionate, hard working, caring, and responsible are just some of my strengths. Anything that I am involved in I will give it my full attention and complete it to the best of my ability.
