• Grew and maintained fruitful ties with Kobrand’s Wine & Spirits suppliers. • Carried out negotiations and discussions with suppliers pertaining to:- Product flow and release planning- Brands evaluation to determine optimal SKU focus- Pre-sell planning and execution- Gray market issues- Product ‘style’ evolution, reinforced by an intense internal (Executive-level) tasting evaluation program• Addressed supply-level macro concerns, including profitability, product mix, portfolio diversification, management of brand trademark issues, product safety and quality control, as well as logistics matters, i.e., FDA/CT-PAT, gray market, labeling issues, incoterms.• Worked to develop new “produce-to-market” brands, including brand conceptualization, sourcing of wine & materials inputs, and launch planning. • Collaborated with Sales Executives to craft offers for key buyers, often with supplier collaboration and support.• Drove new supplier & brand considerations, from preliminary evaluation through to final selection and contract negotiation (in conjunction with legal counsel).• Debriefed Owners and Board of Directors on a quarterly basis on portfolio-level subjects, e.g., quality issues, new category consideration, investment opportunities, etc.

Attended several Conseil de Surveillance (Oversight Board) meetings each year in France (Paris, Bordeaux), including periodic intensive strategy meetings, conducted in French. Conseil members include heads of Alcohol Beverage Industry.

Assembled of a dossier of principal operators in the Wine & Spirits Industry in the U.S. and UK for use/reference by Students in the MSCIVS program, assisted with and joining degustation regime and regional travel with students to wine producers.
