Current-Drafting or otherwise procuring the drafting of key documents of a legal character on all matters as may arise from time to time; particularly preparation of Memorandum of Understanding, Deed of Assignments, Powers of Attorney, Contract of Sale, Leasing Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements and other nature of agreements. Advising on the review, negotiation and drafting of major contracts, agreements, legal submissions and other legal documents. Search for and examine public and other legal records to write opinions. Undertaking due diligence in respect of verification of titles of land on behalf of clients, and procurement of Governor's consent in respect of assignment of interest in land, procurement of Certificates of Occupancy and effecting registration of titles on land. Conducting searches at the Corporate Affairs Commission and Registering and incorporation of Companies, Business names, clubs, Associations and Incorporated Trustees. Providing legal advice on all contractual, administrative and personnel matters on behalf of the company.
