Corporate Sales & Customer Lifecycle Manager
▪Define, manage and assess customer lifecycle management strategy & activities.▪ Plan and operate CRM operations including campaign management and execution, monitoring, reporting and data quality.▪ Identify business potential & opportunity based on analysis for all business areas. Analyzing customer data and behavior to create effective marketing campaigns that target specific customer segments.▪ Strong understanding of SEM and CRM concepts. Managing the company's CRM system.▪ Supervise and service lead generating online channels including the corresponding response and follow-up with customers. ▪ Responsible for managing a company's sales team and driving sales growth in a corporate environment. ▪ Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.▪ Develop a robust sales funnel management by hunting and identifying key corporate targets.
