The CMEO program manager functions as a single point of contact when a command climate specialist is not assigned to the command for MEO matters within the command. Duties and responsibilities of a CMEO program manager consist of, but is not limited to the following:- Serve as the coordinator for the command climate assessment- Organize DEOCS data analysis team to identify trends and risk factors for destructive behaviors- Assist Service Members who believe they have been subjected to harassment or prohibited discrimination in determining available resolution options.- Process all harassment and prohibited discrimination reports utilizing NAVPERS 5354/2-Provide command statistics regarding discrimination, harassment (to include discriminatory harassment, sexual harassment, hazing, and bullying), and fraternization to the commander- Track, monitor, report and provide status updates on harassment and prohibited discrimination complaints to the respective CCS- Coordinate and monitor MEO training when directed by the commander

National Security Agency (NSA) led program, responsible for COMSEC key management, accounting and distribution. Specifically, KMI generates and distributes electronic keying material for all NSA approved encryption systems.Responsible for the receipt, issue, safeguarding, accounting and destruction of COMSEC material. Provided COMSEC support to three local elements with a 1600-line-item account.Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Requested, ordered and downloaded keying material as aproduct requestor via the MGC.- Served as the Client Platform Administrator (CPA), responsibilitiesinclude installing User Application Software (UAS) and Operating System(OS) and monthly information assurance vulnerability alert actions (IAVA).- Developed and executed monthly COMSEC user training andaccount administration.- Executed mandatory COMSEC inventory as required and as needed.- Prepared guidance for the proper protection, handling, andaccountability of classified or restricted records and materials. - Ensured all secure communications equipment and material wasproperly accounted for, transferred, safeguarded, controlled, anddestroyed as directed by Controlling Authorities.- Developed Emergency Action/Destruction Plans.- Regularly prepared, packaged and shipped unclassified and classifiedequipment and material. - Routinely drafted Naval messages for key increase, decrease, accounttransfers, and disposition of equipment and material. - Ensured inspection readiness at all times.
