During the fall of 2012, I completed an internship as a Creative Researcher at the Seashore Trolley Museum in Kennebunkport, Maine. My internship duties and responsibilities included researching the history of particular trolley cars and identifying information that made the cars unique and engaging. I then reconciled the competing information into written material that museum goers would find both informative and interesting. In all, I had to interpret the items in Seashore’s collection by providing new contextual information that would engage modern audiences.
