Her previous marketing profession took her to many wonderful cities worldwide such as London, Shanghai, Amsterdam and Dubai and she frequently took advantage of her downtime to explore all different styles of yoga with many different cultures.Constance graduated from Hofstra University with a B.S. in Health Education, pursued M.S. in Nutrition at New York University and practiced for many years as a Clinical Dietitian and Nutrition Consultant for MTV’s Tony Sparber's New Image Camp, Peninsula Spa and Hotel on 5th Avenue NY, NY as well as one of the countries top heart hospital’s St. Francis Hospital, Roslyn New York. She is a Reiki Master Practitioner/Teacher, Energy Medicine Healer, a Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor, Certified Barre Instructor as well as Fitness Instructor. Meta 180 now serves a clientele that continues their healing journey with reiki, yoga, meditation, sound immersion healing, nutrition counseling, personal training including running, triathlon, strength training and much more.
