She is a Reiki Master Practitioner/Teacher, Energy Medicine Healer, a Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor, Certified Barre Instructor as well as Fitness Instructor. Meta 180 now serves a clientele that continues their healing journey with reiki, yoga, meditation, sound immersion healing, nutrition counseling, personal training including running, triathlon, strength training and much more.
