Technology expertise includes enterprise software, SaaS, virtualization/cloud, data center, computer systems, and microprocessor intellectual property (IP). My recent work has been with Hospice, the common thread is client engagement. My approach is to first understand patient/client needs. This allows me to provide support that aligns with what is most important to them. This requires being present, active listening, and excellent communication skills. What's most important to me is building trusted relationships, and achieving results that make a positive difference.
