Always working as a team, having people willing to "put out fires quickly" I also take care of: Hiring personnel, transfers and accommodation of personnel, contacts with local suppliers for specific services. Some of the main tasks are hiring personnel, moving them to the city where the event is held, hosting them, organizing their uniforms, meals, money to move, transfer vehicle, etc. I work with the European TV, camera points in the tracks, security of cameramen, work space with its necessary amenities, car rental, accommodation, meals, etc. I also participate in the safety meetings of the tracks.
