I am a hard working nurse with 26 years of experience on the forensic and general wards; elderly and community services. I work in accordance within the UK guidelines and I have received so many recommendations from colleagues; clients; family and friends. I am a good listener; good communicator (written and spoken) in the English Language. I am a good time keeper; has good sickness record; am patient; kind and empathetic. I have done assessments; write up care plans; write up reports for tribunals and attend tribunals for various clients; I have been involved in taking care of a Unit of Wards ensuring that the wards are all staffed and safety is maintained at all times. I have attended all mandatory training needed to maintain my skills to undertake my job. I recently successfully got a job as a Clinical Team Leader for a team of medics; psychologists; support workers; carers; social workers and community psychiatric nurses. I am also a qualified mentor for nursing students and also am a sign off mentor, which means I sign off final year nursing students to say they are qualified to be full time nurses.
