In fact, most of the week we were sold out (+10 000 tickets sold) and feedback from players and officials was excellent. Having the semi-finals & final broadcast on national television helped us gain visibility. Big growth on our different social medias. Overall budget for this second edition was low seven figures. -

I generated +50 000€ in profit over the span of the two years. This journey lasted two and half years and it enabled me to build a big community on social media.• Snapchat (5 000 views daily)• Télégram (20 000 views daily)• Instagram (10 000 views daily)• Facebook (4 000 views daily)• Website (500 views daily)This project enabled me to develop some communication skills (Community Manager). Secondly, I took the decision to provide a premium service which was available through a monthly subscription. It enabled me to develop some marketing skills and customers relationships experience as I had more than 300 clients at the peak of the company. The service provided mainly consisted of :• Analysing the professional matches (players, surfaces, ATP, WTA, ITF)• Developing advice and forecasts• Analysing database & statisticsI had the opportunity to travel on the different professional tennis tours to promote my company and talk to players, coaches, agents, managers, tour supervisors, tournament directors across 4 countries and 12 tournaments. This incredible journey enabled me to meet some great people from the tennis industry, discover the backstages of the tennis tours, and thanks to this project I acquired an excellent knowledge of this sport (technicality, logistic, players, coaches, agents, tournaments, supervisors, fédérations).End of 2021 I took the decision to end this project, as I wanted to confront myself with new challenges.
