- Periodic consultation of legislation, informing and providing legal advice to interested departments regarding legislative changes and representing the company in relations with its collaborators and employees.- Drafting of various documents(declarations,notifications,requests,minutes,etc.);-civil actions and criminal complaints, as well as informing the company about the status of the files - representing the company in relations with the state: Chamber of Commerce, Registry Commerce, bailiffs, courts and other collaborators.- Proposal for publication of books and articles on legal topics of interest.- Processing, reviewing the manuscripts of the books and articles to be published. This activity involves: text correction, checking and eliminating spelling and punctuation mistakes; checking the references and references to the bibliographic sources indicated by the authors; analysis of legal reasoning, argumentation and clarity of presentation, depending on the target audience

- Evaluating,re-evaluating and issuing the contracts concluded with the members of the association- Issuance of information of alegalnature to the members of the association- Representing the company in relations with the state:Chamber of Commerce,Trade Registry,- Evidence of individual employment contracts- Representing the company in relations with the state authorities- Issuing notifications- Updating the database- Periodic consultation of the official lmonitor in order to find out the latest normative acts- Representing the company before the court in the event of litigation- Preparing the necessary documentation for his own activity- Contacting the financial and accounting department in order to obtain information on debits- Maintaining a legal basis,as well as coordinating various procedures to achieve the proposed goal regarding fiscal abuses.

- Ensuring, defending and representing the company's interests through: - Carrying out consulting and legal assistance activities for the company and its employees- Targeting and carrying out some decisions from the management, as well as the development of the advisory activity regarding the legal problems faced by the company - Designing new contracts to be concluded by the company - Analysis of ongoing contracts concluded by the company; - Periodic consultation of the official monitor in order to find out the latest normative acts - Representing the company before the court in the event of litigation - Preparing the necessary documentation for his own activity - Contacting the financial and accounting department in order to obtain information on the debtors and to initiate the necessary measures against these persons - Preparation of documentation, as well as other legal actions in relation to RC- Colaboration with: - the economic department in order to obtain periodic situations regarding the payment or non-payment of contractual obligations in order to proceed with the application of the legal measures in force; - the human resources department - in order to obtain periodic records of the employment contracts concluded with the company's employees, etc.

- Ensuring the development of the company's activity in accordance with legal norms and legal advice to the departments and their management: - The elaboration of regulations, decisions, orders and instructions regarding the development of the activity within the company in accordance with the legislation in force - Approving and countersigning the company's legal documents - Representing the interests and defending the legitimate rights of the company before public authorities, institutions of any kind, as well as before any legal or natural person, Romanian or foreign - Providing consultancy and permanent information to the management of the company regarding legislative changes, as well as assistance, consultancy and legal representation of the company and its employees - Resolving legal requests in all areas of law - draft contracts and negotiate legal contractual clauses - Drafting, approving and countersigning legal documents, verifying the identity of the parties, the consent, the content and the date of the concluded documents concerning the company - verification of the legality of legal and administrative documents received for approval.
