As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Softsure, my primary responsibility is to ensure the quality of the company's software products. In this role, I utilize my expertise in quality assurance and software testing to perform a wide range of testing activities.My primary focus is on automation testing, utilizing Playwright in JavaScript to develop and execute automated test scripts. In addition to automation testing, I also perform manual testing to identify bugs and issues. I utilize Postman for both manual and automation API testing.To facilitate test case management, I use Azure DevOps Test Plans to document and track all testing activities. This allows me to work collaboratively with other departments, such as development and project management, to ensure that all testing activities are properly aligned with project goals and timelines.As a Quality Assurance Engineer, I play a key role in ensuring that Softsure's software products are of the highest quality. This involves working closely with developers to identify and address defects, and utilizing a range of testing methodologies and tools to perform comprehensive testing. Overall, my role requires a deep understanding of quality assurance principles, software testing techniques, and collaboration with other departments to ensure successful product development.

As a Manual and Automation Tester, my primary responsibility was to ensure the quality of Dotsure's online client-facing services. To achieve this, I utilized various testing tools such as Jira Xray for test case management, Insomnia for API testing, and Cypress.io for automation testing.My role involved creating a base for automation testing and setting it up for all online client-facing services. This required me to have a deep understanding of the software development life cycle and to work closely with developers to identify areas for automation testing.In addition to automation testing, I also performed manual testing to identify bugs and issues. I created test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage, and reported any defects to the development team for resolution.Overall, my job was to ensure that Dotsure's online client-facing services were of the highest quality, by using a combination of manual and automation testing techniques, test case management software, and collaboration with the development team.
