-coordination of the distribution activity (more than 40 people) in the SE area of the country in compliance with all the regulations in force concerning transport of perishable goods;-planning and coordination of cross docking points: Craiova, Pitești, Ploiești, Slobozia, Constanța, Focșani, Bacău, Iasi, Suceava; -evaluating the performance of the subordinate team, establishing KPIs, calculating salary calculation;-development and implementation of scienti c and control projects on daily distribution activity;-Development, calculation and evaluation of the transport budget; -monitoring the operation and maintenance of the machines and the IT equipment of each driver.
