Quality Management System Representative & Technical Metrology Manager
Key Responsibilities for Quality Management System (QMS) Manager:-Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Quality Management System according to relevant standards (ISO 9001, etc.).-Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and customer requirements.-Establish and monitor quality objectives and performance indicators to track the effectiveness of the QMS.-Lead internal and external quality audits, ensuring audit schedules are maintained and findings are addressed.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.-Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.-Facilitate management review meetings to assess QMS performance and recommend improvements.-Conduct regular training on quality-related topics for employees to enhance awareness and understanding of quality standards and processes.-Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics to management.Key Responsibilities for Metrology:-Maintaining the metrology laboratory's authorization in accordance with the ISO 17025 standard-Manage and coordinate calibration activities for measurement equipment, ensuring adherence to calibration schedules and accuracy standards.-Maintain an organized calibration schedule and documentation of calibration procedures and results.-Ensure all measurement equipment is properly labeled, tracked, and maintained.-Perform measurements and inspections using various metrology equipment.-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to measurement equipment and processes.-Identify and recommend improvements to measurement processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.-Stay updated on the latest metrology techniques, equipment, and industry trends.
