I’m responsible for maximising the value generated by Products/Platforms for which i’m responsible, by optimising the means and arbitrated resources. I ensure the team's commitment with regard to business architectures in order to optimise value creation, level of operational quality (according to the Service Level Agreement) and user alignment. I ensure synchronisation with the relevant product teams. I’m a partner of the Product Owner (PO), I in the position of Product Leader acts as a driving force throughout the product life cycle. I leverage IT expertise and my knowledge of the IT department. I prepare and participate in the arbitration of Product evolutions with PO based on the portfolio. Depending on the Product type (size, complexity, delivery model, etc.) and its audience (corporate, regions, partners), I ensure that agile methods are implemented within the potentially multi-cultural team.I play the role of Scrum Master (except in special cases) and as an actor of the Agile transformation by ensuring its good understanding, the implementation of its rules within the team and the capitalisation of knowledge. Historically from the previous positions I have a vast experience in leading IT projects, IT expertise but also many other technical skills.
