From 2016 to 2021 I worked with Audi in our biggest and most important sales region: ChinaThe frequently changing automotive landscape in China brings along interesting challenges, especially for the Product and Portfolio planning.As Head of Product Strategy & CO2 Management, I ran a team responsible for the following tasks:-> Planning of the long-term Product Portfolio (locally produced & import projects)-> Significantly expanding the product portfolio of the Audi brand at FAW-VW-> Building up an entirely new Audi vehicle portfolio for SAIC-Audi-> Early Phase project definition and project planning in the rough feasibility/planning phase-> Leading the Audi portfolio through the ICE / NEV transformation phase-> Securing fleet compliance of the Audi import fleet and JV fleets-> Defining and implementing the strategy on CAFC and NEV credit compliance-> Coordinating short-and long-term measures to secure fleet compliance-> CAFC and NEV Credit Management
