I improved it while working under pressure, in fast-paced environments when I could priorities tasks not losing control or temper. I have always been able to manage the stress level.Another skill I developed thanks to my work experience is the leadership, since I had to give directions to the members of the staff and in some cases train them in new and different tasks. I was responsible for the effectiveness of the service and the accomplishments of objectives and goals.Teamwork is also a big part of my career as in this industry the final results are only possible through the group efforts. Although I grew as a supervisor first until general Manager, I think the fundamental part for the best performance is a well-trained group.In the end I improved my communication skills as verbal, since I had to deal with the customers from sitting them to the table until their depart, as written, due to the managerial tasks I had to complete in the office.I have been working in hospitality for a long time and I managed to achieve managerial positions in various restaurants in London . During my career I grew from the role of senior waiter to Restaurant General Manager.
