Constantina Alexandrou Mirabile represents large and small corporations, financial institutions and individuals in complex commercial, business and professional liability litigation in federal and state courts. Matters include business, real property and construction disputes; ADA Title III litigation; shareholder disputes; commercial landlord/tenant matters; and employment issues. Constantina takes pride in working with her clients to keep their long-term goals in mind, engaging with them to understand their needs and identify the most cost-effective means of resolving matters effectively. In many cases, she achieves their desired outcomes while avoiding expensive litigation. Should litigation become necessary, Constantina’s case file is carefully planned to put her clients in the best position to win their cases and carry that success forward.Constantina attended the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor degree in Classical Studies in 2006 and received her Master degree in Management in 2007. During her studies at UF, Constantina was actively involved in a multitude of student organizations and would seek out leadership roles. After graduation, she worked as a marketing coordinator and soon learned that she wanted to pursue law. Constantina received her JD from Ave Maria School of Law in 2011, where she was awarded the St. Thomas Aquinas Award presented by the Dean to the one graduate who exemplified the academic and professional ideals of the law school. She excelled in the classroom and earned the highest grade in her Sales, Administrative Law and Research, Writing and Advocacy III courses. During law school, Constantina was the President of the Women’s Law Association, the ABA School Representative, a 3L Senator on the Student Bar Association, and Site Coordinator for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, where she donated over 200 professional hours of Pro Bono Service. Additionally, she earned first place in the 2011 Client Counseling Competition, as well as Third Place in the Annual Intramural Moot Court Appellate Competition. Constantina was born in Canada and moved to Florida at the age of seven. She is fluent in Greek and has spent many of her summers in Samos, Greece (where both her parents are from). Constantina is an active member of St. Mark Greek Orthodox Church and the Junior League of Boca Raton.
