- Responsible for profit and loss analysis, conceptualization and implementation of sales and marketing programs through close collaboration with Principal (Philip Morris)- Consistent attainment of sales targets and efficient operation resulted in an increased market share by around 10 percentage points, which was a notable achievement at the time given the very stiff competition from Fortune Tobacco under the Lucio Tan group- Ended 2007 at 10% growth (industry-flat growth), operating expenses were lowered by 15% vs. the prior year through right sizing of manpower complement, and the positive bottom line increased by 8%

- In-charge of Sales and Marketing functions of Bakery Ingredients- Doubled the previous year sales volume and 120% vs YTD Sales Targets- Introduced and implemented a new Selling System which paved the way for a more systematic distribution of Actron’s products.- Reduction of close to 50% of sales force but still realized a substantial growth vs YAGO and 2006 Plan- Reduced by 20% the Division OPEX vs. Plan in 2006

- In-charge of Controllership of Pineapple and Asparagus Plantations. In coordination with the Plantation Managers, we managed the day to day activities of the farm- Improved the financial systems and controls which ably helped Management in coming up with timely decisions on critical aspect of the operations.

- Installed 11,283 LEC lines over a 10 month period ending in December 2002 which is around 4 times vs. the previous year- Increased the utilization rate to 37% from 20% using the same sized sales force vs the previous year - Handled three Sales Managers and 25 Account Executives

- Ensured the attainment of Sales Targets and P & L for the Visayas Region- Reported to the Country Manager. Initiated the house to house type distribution of Solar Home Systems in the province of Aklan. Hired Distributors to market this product.- Annual Gross Sales Revenue – PHP1 Billion

- Ensured the profitability of the region (attainment of sales targets and operate within the approved budget)- Increased the number of Landline subscribers from 10,500 to 90,700 units in a span of only two (2) years- Annual Revenue of Php1.2 Billion which is 55% of the total business of the company.- Handled two (2) Area Managers, 55 Account Executives, 10 Branch Heads and closed to 50 - Technical staff for the provinces of Panay, Negros Occidental and Oriental, Guimaras and Siquijor.
