Constantine Glaros was born in Athens in 1970. He obtained his B.Eng (Hons) in Engineering with Business Management and European Studies at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK in 1994 and his M.Sc. in Advanced Mechanical Engineering at the Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine (University of London, London, UK) in 1995 along with the Diploma of the Imperial College (D.I.C.). He has collaborated and worked as a researcher, programmer and project manager in the fields of biomechanics, medical informatics, ICT and materials science for various institutions (Imperial College London, University College London, University of Bologna, University of Ioannina, Institute of Communication and Computer Studies / National Technical University of Athens, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Ionian University). He has more than 15 years of experience in the design, management and implementation of National and European research, development and co-funded projects in the fields of biomedical technology, information & communication technology, regional development, advertising and communications. From 2005-2010 he was a quality systems auditor (external collaborator) for the National Evaluation Center of Quality & Technology in Health S.A. He is one of the co-founders of Comitech S.A. (2002) and today he is the Vice-Chairman & Quality Officer of the company, and Director of the Consulting and Advertising & Communications Departments.
