I led the creation of a platform that provides developers with serverless tools for model inference and pipelining, enabling rapid iteration and significantly cutting costs and TTM.Within this time:* In just two months, I conducted more than 100 customer development sessions. These sessions were instrumental in capturing deep and critical insights into user needs and market dynamics, providing a solid foundation for product strategy.* Conducted a detailed market analysis to understand competitor's landscape, tool usage, pain points, and investment in AI infrastructure. This data shaped the vision of a serverless pipelining platform featuring a pay-as-you-go pricing model to lower the costs associated with model usage. Lead the development of a large-format 3D printer. The products I deal with are Moscow city media and a catalog of public services. I completely redesigned the process of working with the newsroom's content, creating a page layout system that significantly reduced the time editorial staff spent performing daily duties. Conducted research on the personalization of materials for users with different approaches. This made it possible to reduce the time needed to make changes to the directory structure from a few hours a day to a couple of minutes and a couple of clicks. Implemented a system for building custom APIs for external integrations. This allowed us to reduce the costs of these tasks – if earlier engineers were required to perform them, now it is solved with a couple of clicks of a technical support employee. Integrated the event poster of the website with the ticket system so that users could buy event tickets. More than 260 organizations are connected to the system. During the year of operation of the system, more than four and a half million tickets were sold. I am researching the implementation of personalization of events based on collaborative filtering to increase sales by prompting users of relevant events for them. I led the development of a news filtering system, initially aimed at businesses for monitoring social opinion and news. Despite a successful proof-of-concept, we strategically pivoted from B2B to B2C due to scaling challenges. Our product was enthusiastically adopted by regular Telegram users; one user remarked: "Noctua has become a part of my daily routine. It's now a habit - my mornings start with a cup of coffee and scrolling through the news feed." Unfortunately, due to data access issues, we had to discontinue the project.
