Projects Include; Cote D'Azur 5 Star Resort & Hotel, Marina and Pontoon Works in the Heart of Europe Islands (TW- EU-E13) located in the iconic World Islands in Dubai. Includes 934 keys (63 x 5 Star Resort Rms, 864 x standard apartments & 7 x Villas) GFA: 61,334 m2; Plot Area: 77,015 m2; 8 x Floors (basement, Ground Floor & 6 x floors) Specialised Projects with MUSANADA - The Zoo in Abu Dhabi Key Tasks: Inclusive of but not limited to; Provide leadership and guidance in execution of the design.  Leading coordination / communication with Client, project stakeholders for resolution of all design & execution issues. Manage interface with Client, internal team, sub-consultants to ensure conflicts free execution of the design. Defining project roles & responsibilities within the design team. Participate in technical, commercial and progress meetings with Client Effectively manage scope changes, deviations and variations with minimum impact on cost, schedule and milestones. Ensure compliance with project policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations. Liaise with external authorities for permitting and approval process and facilitate execution of the design. Ensure stakeholder’s expectations are met, and all escalations are taken to successful close in a time bound manner. Control & monitor contracts; budgets; and time vs budget and plan, and review with team in implementing measures to rectify and bring back on course.  Oversee approval process of estimates; method statements; material submittals; shop dwgs; reports; as-built dwgs etc. Ensure implementation of Quality & HSE procedures to achieve desired level of quality & safety performance. Engage in value engineering, constructability reviews etc. Proactively identify and assess project risks, and implement risk / issue management plan for mitigation.

Responsible: Project management and business development activities for spectator seating projects in either newly constructed or refurbished stadia or arena projects. Also, providing project consultancy, design in conjunction with selected joint venture partners, to deliver to clients a range of services and design solutions.Scope: Undertake project management and commercial activities on an international basis (including the Middle East).Key Tasks: Project Management, inclusive but not limited to; Defining project roles and responsibilities within the team. Ensure all resources are efficiently utilised and project productivity is maintained at highest level for timely turnaround. Oversee and control procurement of raw materials; production of product; and the logistics to transport the product to the project site. Ensure implementation of Quality & HSE procedures to achieve desired level of quality & safety performance. Participate in technical and commercial meetings with Client and progress reporting to the Client. Monitor and control budgets (project cash flows) and contracts vs budget and plan, and assist in catching up with plan. Monitor and control project and time vs plan to achieve scheduled milestones. Effectively manage scope changes, deviations and variations with minimum impact on cost, schedule and milestones. Proactively identify and assess project risks. Implement risk and issue management plan for mitigation.Business Development, inclusive but not limited to; Meetings with potential Clients; Govt. Authorities, Contractors, Architects etc. Undertaking market research; branding company awareness; identifying new partners in strategic countries. Research and identifying new market prospects. Preparing technical and financial packages on tender bids. Providing technical and marketing support to our representatives and existing clients.
