Management of multiple IT projects concurrently, which includes:- project initiation and project planning;- coordinating project resources from multiple departments;- conducting regular status meetings to review project activities and ensure adherence to the project plan;- tracking and monitoring project progress;- identifying and mitigating project risks;- constant client communication and on-site client meeting, in order to receive feedback and ensure that the project efforts meet the customer's expectations;- overseeing and ensuring the quality of the deliverables;- reporting and closing activities, as well as managing subsequent maintenance contracts;- support in preparation of tender documentation.

- communication with the customers or with Project Managers from other Amplexor entities in order to take care of all their DTP requests (quotation, planning, execution, control and closing);- analysing the requested services and indentifying the required tools and human resources;- organizing the production together with the Team Leaders and planning tasks accordingly in order to meet the due dates, or negociating the deadlines in case they are not fesible;- supervision and monitoring of the project execution and ensuring full compliance to deadlines, costs, methodology and defined quality standards;- using or reserching for various tools/methods that provide a much faster processing corroborated with a continous workflow development;- feedback management and handling customers’ complaints (if any) according to the company’s complaint management process and in cooperation with everyone involved in the project;- together with the HR department, I am involved in the recrtuiment process of new emplyees and I support them in organizing the trainings or holding them myself in some cases (mainly for Quality Assurance Department);- I am also involved in the reporting area and i create various reports and extract KPIs for the continous improvement of the services provided;
