Responsible for the Admissions department with staff members located in Cyprus, Greece, US, Canada and Australia. Support the development and management of the Medical School and the School of Veterinary Medicine and expanding health care programmes through marketing initiatives such as Open Days, Webinars, information sessions abroad, Digital Campaigns, Educational stakeholders agreements etc. Provide feedback for an accurate annual budget, using a data-driven approach to optimise spending and ROI across a wide range of strategies, platforms and media.Maintain, establish and improve as needed the required internal processes and control mechanisms that will ensure the smooth operation and ongoing improvement of the Admissions office and the implementation of best practices in enrolment management.Work closely with other departments and relevant stakeholders.Guide the Admissions Officers in the evaluation to ensure that only qualified candidates are recruited,Monitor results vs. targets and lead the Admissions team and marketing initiatives in order to achieve and exceed targets. Manage, maintain and expand agent network and other contracts and MoUs. Develop and monitor KPI reports to enhance recruitment strategies. Provide necessary training to admissions teams around the world so that they remain up to date with the developments of all programmes. Identify opportunities and threats competitively and programmatically and fine-tune marketing initiatives and budget accordingly, Support in the research and development of new markets for expanding portfolio of programmes.

Responsible for the operations and bookings of the sports fields and facilities, organizing futsal tournaments for colleges and schools as well as private companies. Introduced and designed “Cityfields Summer School” for 3 years, including hiring the right personnel, preparing and overlooking the daily schedule and activities, and designing the kids menu with the restaurant's chef.Promoting the facilities for private company parties at the restaurant area, as well as birthday parties. Promote Cityfields location as an advertisement spot for other companies, staff employment and training, stock taking and ordering, and ensuring daily and weekly duties and targets are met.Responsible for the promotion of the café and  restaurant including signing agreements with the suppliers for event sponsoring and products, organising and promoting events to create awareness and increase the company's profits. Responsible for all “Key Account Horeca Outlets” islandwide, including cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Universities and Army Camps. Coordinate the implementation of Trade Programs and activities in the Horeca Channel and ensure targets are met. Evaluate Horeca activities, identify issues and define necessary operational changes. Provide relevant insights concerning ongoing activities in respective retail outlets, provide ideas and insights on how to develop Horeca touch points, and provide data and maintain records of competitor moves. Actively involved in sales and creating “sales programs” in order to increase sales outputs in the outlets, and on time payments. Employment and training of promotion personnel as well as organizing and supervising “promotional events” in order to increase awareness and trial of company’s products.Manage an efficient and effective Horeca Field Force through on job training, motivation and development, ensure that Field Force is well trained on the company’s systems. Manage and review implementation budget per program , manage financial accounts and assets for the Horeca and Army Camps to ensure that trade marketing resources are secure and used in the most efficientand effective way. Reporting directly to Area Manager.
