Vizual Net Serv is a well known architecture practice in Romanian food industry. It stands out as the "go to" company, for investments in this competitive field, and all other, for that matter.All architects are encouraged from the beginning to be managers of their own projects and I am proud to have been one of them.Responsibilities & Achievements:All clients that have previously worked with me, chose me for their next project. And this meant a lot, but also made me even more responsible. My work portfolio diversified as new clients brought with them new challenges. In some projects, I ensured the management of the projects (home units, farms, fire safety improvements, meat products and textiles factories), but in others, just architecture (automotive parts factory).I was responsible for coordinating projects from inception through to completion, including:• Leading technical delivery and liaising with clients from the design and briefing stage throughto completion.• Liaising with and coordinating the Design team, Contractors, Authorities and otherConsultants and Specialists• Preparing scheme proposals.• Developing drawings and specifications for building regulations applications.• Preparing detailed construction packages, information and specifications.• Carrying out site visits.• Running site meetings.Public sector experienceAlmost all my projects were co-financed with EU funding programmes, thus, being validated by a special committee appointed by the Romanian Government.

Usual Architectural Practice, but done in my way.This was my hobby. I have completed a few projects for some of my friends.

Basically, it was the company that defined me as an architect. I have completed numerous industrial construction projects (farms,mills, refrigerated storage buildings, meat products factories, commercial buildings). Responsibilities:I ensured the management of my projects in all stages:- Liaising with clients, - Creating documentations for building permits from inception through to completion, detailed drawings,- Carrying out site visits.- Running site meetings.I have completed the 2 years stage to become a registered architect in the Romanian Architects Order.

I was being responsible with bill of quantities estimates, execution of drawings for various finishes and study of documentations provided in tender phase. I was also involved in micromanaging the computer network of the company.
