Initially had approx. 2100 experts from about 6x Romanian Research & Development institutes (which were closed at once, as part of foreign requests / adjustments to be integrated into Eu & Nato). By 2010 remained approx. 600 Romanian experts (rather old persons).A network which should grow, in order to provide an independent second or third professional opinion on various topics on the society.* The need for existence of a local (Romanian) independent entity to have a professional opinion - is still unsatisfied.
