🖥️ As CIO, I define and implement the IT strategy to support business operations and drive tech innovation.🔧 I manage the entire IT infrastructure, including designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications using a variety of technologies like .NET, Xamarin, PHP, and Angular. I'm also responsible for database management, server and virtual machine configuration, cybersecurity, and email service management.📊 I leverage my data analysis skills to generate key insights with tools like Power BI, helping steer strategic decisions and spot areas for optimization and improvement.🌐 In digital transformation, I integrate industrial production systems with advanced technologies, developing and implementing solutions to connect machinery using protocols like Modbus, OPC/UA, and MQTT. I also handle company communications and networks, including configuring PBX infrastructures.🛠️ I'm involved in developing custom middleware to optimize data flow and ensure reliable connectivity between different systems, boosting operational efficiency and productivity.🔍 I work closely with both the internal team and external vendors to ensure the success of IT initiatives and constantly seek new ways to improve the efficiency and reliability of company IT systems.I'm currently involved in developing an in-house WMS (Warehouse Management System) using the .Net MAUI framework.

Full-stack business application development leveraging C#, SQL Server, and Angular to build robust, scalable solutions. I design and implement efficient, user-friendly interfaces with Angular, while ensuring seamless back-end integration through C# and SQL Server. My approach focuses on optimizing database performance, improving application responsiveness, and creating a smooth user experience. By combining these technologies, I deliver secure, high-performing applications that meet the specific business needs, driving both operational efficiency and business growth. Additionally, I stay up-to-date with the latest best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in the development process.

During the practical exercises, we developed both monolithic applications and microservices-based applications, utilizing key design patterns and GIT for version control. The goal of these exercises was to walk through the various stages of the software development lifecycle and to familiarize participants with modern architectural frameworks.● Technologies used: Java SE/EE, Servlet, JSP, JSF, JPA, Hibernate, Spring (Core, MVC, Data, Boot), JDBC, Angular, Bootstrap, OracleDB.● JUnit 4/5 for testing, deployment on Tomcat server.As part of the course, I also contributed to the development of 5 team projects, where we exposed and consumed APIs. These experiences further deepened my understanding of real-world software development, teamwork, and modern application architectures.

Responsibilities included greeting customers, managing room sales, handling bookings and arrivals, registering customer details, assigning rooms, and addressing guest requests during their stay. I also managed cash handling, prepared invoices, processed payments, and handled the check-out process.
