I acted as Product Owner and educational Game Designer on 7 video games throughout the development of HEXAR. Responsibilities: -Development of game design and collaboration with pedagogical design. -Development of flow maps and test plan.-Management of multidisciplinary team: programmers, QA testers, artists, musicians, educators.-Management and supervision of the entire project.-Direct contact and reporting with the client. The experience from the context of a start up is unique. Since it adds a multiplicity of challenges to be solved in an agile, creative way and with a great teamwork. At the same time, with several retros and different projects, the learning curve and experience as a whole grows exponentially.

Hexar is a social enterprise. We develop educational video games to teach science and provide the key skills of today and tomorrow. Throughout the project I have been acquiring and polishing different skills. On the one hand, working autonomously has contributed to my organizational and multitasking skills. The challenge of navigating different interests at stake and working as a team, and subsequently becoming a leader, has strengthened my negotiation, communication, collaborative work and leadership skills, respectively. Responsibilities:-Management and supervision of the social media content team on a day-to-day basis. -Monitoring of production hours in order to optimize processes and make work time more efficient to achieve specific objectives.-Maintain a dynamic and fluid relationship with the client to detect possible needs.-Responsible for the operational attention of +20 accounts.-Responsible for the organization and general state of the agency, reporting directly to the founders.

I worked in the consulting area as an Instructional Designer.The essential objective was the creation of learning experiences to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competences to diverse audiences in an efficient and attractive way.To achieve this, it was necessary to carry out a previous research and institutional analysis about the audiences to be trained and the training contexts. As well as working with thematic experts and identifying the training needs of the selected audiences. And finally, to apply proven educational design theories, practices and methods to the development of training materials and evaluation instruments.

This experience was a result of the Work & Travel program that I have already done twice: Dec 2015 - Mar 2016 and Dec 2016 - Mar 2017. It was my first work experience. Besides being an unforgettable experience, I learned a lot about leadership and management of diverse groups. I also acquired customer management skills and strategies with students.
