Educate new staff on negotiating budgets, monitoring financial management systems, and understanding cooperative agreements. Contribute to the development, implementation, and administration of a nationwide program for unaccompanied children in Federal custody. Managing the 24/7 Office of Refugee and Resettlement Operations Center. Ensure that initial placements of unaccompanied children are following the Office of Refugee and Resettlement policies and procedures, while monitoring and managing the program capacity database. Provide oversight and collaborate with appropriate personnel on research, documentation, and placement of complex cases through communication with juvenile detention centers, ICE officers and local juvenile courts. Product Owner in the development and design for the new UC PATH for Intakes portion. Organized User Acceptance Training on Intakes section with Federal Team and DHS User for the development of the UC PATH. Led testing during UIP for the UC PATH. Presented UC PATH to all Product Owners and Program staff.

Received and analyzed complex requests regarding vulnerable populations in order to place youth in most appropriate level of care. While determining type of action based on demographic information and circumstances of each case as well as the availability of space at grantee programs.
