I'm part of the engagement management between GDS offices (Global Delivery Services Offices) in Argentina and India, global EY foreign offices and the US engagement teams. Also, I provide assistance to different clients in US and coordinate between their and EY foreign offices's different needs.Main responsabilities- Tasks:- Provide support in the engagement set up (create the opportunity, prepare contracts, etc)- General Coordination of the engagement (Assist meetings with the clients and/or EY Foreign offices, prepare reports, assis with their concerns/requets, etc)- Point of contact for engagement teams, clients and internal stakeholders.- Assist in the billing process (Invoice preparation, processing and collection monitoring)- Provide training about the different processes of the engagement
