I would like to start off by introducing myself. My name is Constanza Marquez and I am the owner of Maid Concepts Corporation. My corporation has provided commercial janitorial services to the industry’s facilities within Miami Dade and Broward County for over the past nine years. Throughout these years my main priority has been to provide nothing but deep commitment and loyalty to the clients.When I first established Maid Concepts Corp., my most imperative principle was to offer a pleasant, sanitary, and organized atmosphere for the companies, which have contracted Maid Concepts Corp. In providing these proficient environments I am also aiding to the greater performance and creativity of the outside company’s employees.Success is a journey, and requires a lot of self commitment.I have not spared efforts in grow always my enthusiasm, diligence and fulfillment thus ensuring confidence and satisfaction of my clients.If any concern were to arise, Maid Concepts Corp. will always respond swiftly and with courtesy to the client’s desires and standards; utilizing it to improve our service quality in the present and future.I have the deep conviction that encouraging the staff makes them more productive. Offering them the respect, warm, and just treatment that they deserve as human beings, along with offering incentives does allow them to become more beneficial.
