Business vision contribution in a Non-profit organization born under the need to link ex-students, current graduates and graduates who have had an outstanding participation in UTFSM's "Innovacion y Robotica Estudiantil".

Responsible for the planning, execution, management and control of the educational robotics distance learning project, leveraging CLP 100,000,000 in funding from Fundacion Mustakis for educational innovation. Our proposal was to implement remote laboratories in educational robotics, so that users, both teachers and students, could solve activities associated with the programming of a robot remotely.I led the agile management of the development team with the adoption of agile framework using SCRUM as a methodology, transforming the management of the team and training a multidisciplinary team of 8 people.I also facilitated agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily, sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure compliance with project goals and progress.I was involved in specific technical aspects: back-end and front-end software, as well as hardware, design and construction of technology modules to unlock enablers.

Responsible for the direction and management of the project " Improvement of the teaching of educational robotics in Chile through the development of technological classrooms of high scope and learning rate", funded by a scientific and technological development governmental program.I transformed the management of the work team toward the adoption of agile methodologies, considering human aspects of change management as well as more practical aspects of adopting the SCRUM methodology, its ceremonies and work tools.
