Throughout my 24-year experience in the luxury fragrance and cosmetics industry, I seized the opportunity to advance my knowledge in 3 different universes within an international context. This allowed me to gain and deepen my know-how in SALES, MARKETING and LOGISTICS - 3 links of the industrial chain that I consider as fundamental for a company in order to be competitive and offer the best customer service.Successful customer service is the key to a positive brand reputation. I constantly strive to perform efficiently all the necessary actions, while working closely with all the concerned teams, in order to achieve this goal. By listening carefully to my partners, I know by now how to analyse and anticipate customers’ needs. My strong organisational skills and accuracy in record-keeping, ensure productive relationships and day-to-day collaboration with all the departments involved. Being open-minded, sociable and enthusiastic, I easily adapt to my interlocutors of different cultures and enjoy working with them in a respectful and friendly environment.Through my experience in these 3 different jobs, I have acquired expertise and versatility including a transversal vision of business which make my coworkers call me a “Swiss Army knife”.
