On top of that, I onboard, train and develop Junior Recruiters to join our sales teams at a later stage of their career. I was held responsible for building up and managing our global preferred partner program of K2-project proven freelance consultants: Virtual BenchOur bench is composed of only top tier consultants in the SAP and SMAC space who we have strong and long-standing business partnerships with. My task was to hand pick and select the best consultants by working closely with our sales teams around the world, understanding who the best people were. Virtual Bench counts around 500 consultants globally, I was acting as a neutral point of contact whilst continuously assuring the highest quality of participants.
