Authenticity has always been the guiding principle in my career and has shaped me into the person I am today. I am also a firm believer that collaboration and transparency are essential elements to success in businessOver the past 25 years working in the construction industry, I have seen so much change. I have helped talented people grow into great leaders, created enduring industry relationships, and played significant roles in the development of iconic projects that have shaped Australia's skyline.In this time, however, I have also seen industry relationships become more strained and combative, primarily due to the D&C contracting model not being executed effectively, and risks & opportunities not being addressed in the early phases of a project. I believe the industry can do better, and I believe that it must.That is why I founded Construction Collaborative to bring authenticity and genuine collaboration back into the industry. Our mission as a company is to empower all stakeholders to work together within the right frameworks to create a new industry paradigm that delivers on what the client values whilst reducing overall risk and ultimately increasing profitability for all.I want to work with game-changers who, along with me, can champion this shift and create a better industry now and into the future.
