Everyone needs a consultant:I have been involved in energy conservation since the early 70's. I use both tried and true methods and methods that I have not seen in publication. It does little to spend a lot, with a long term pay back if ever. Conversely if you spend next to nothing and the pay back is immediate, but small it is a winner Sometimes the pay back may be long, but is still worth it, philanthropic work for the earth. The client should know where the truth lays not just lining the pockets of a contractor. That is where I come in. In all cases I work for you the client, my goal is to save you money, and time. I want the best for you and the future of your family and the earth. I work North of NYC to Albany to any where in the US. I can not say no, if it is interesting. Just because raw land is zoned residential, commercial or industrial, in no why does the zoning mean this is best use of your land nor does it mean the only use of your land. A few examples: I have seen land that is zoned industrial, even though there are no industrial buildings in site and chances are that there will not be any in your life or your children's life time. Oh my what to do? In most cases if you read the zoning carefully you will find that you can build residential, which is the highest and best use at that time. Okay so you decided to build a home, but just wait the land next to you is still zoned industrial and there is a chance that some one may build a small commercial or industrial building next to your home. That could affect the value of your house in many ways. That is why you need a consultant before you build !!! The reverse is also true, your land may be zoned residential, but you want a commercial or industrial building is it possible? May be to be continued
