Worked as a Construction Recruiter for Engineering Personnel Consultants (now The Personnel Consulting Group LLC since 2000), who at the time was the largest engineering and construction recruitment firm in Louisiana. Responsibilities included telephone and in-person employer presentations, candidate recruiting, hiring, screening, selection, interviewing, offer negotiations reference checking, offer negotiations, and resignations. I was the youngest recruiter ever hired by the firm and during my first year broke records for the most phone calls, interviews, and placements ultimately earning the annual “Top Biller” sales award.
