Conducts observations that turn into coaching, and providing feedback to the individual to ensure consistent team performance and excellent customer service. Develop and train employees for desired career path within line of business. Interview and recommend or not recommend for hire candidates for positions within the line of business. Manage complex customer concerns and transactions. Delegate and perform daily, weekly and monthly compliance tasks with all operational regulations, sales and service processes, policies and procedures. Other duties include teller and lead teller functions, individual cash handling for the entire store, assisting with effective scheduling, managing the teller line, lobby management, and delegating essential tasks to ensure operational integrity while creating a positive customer experience. Prepare team for annual unannounced audit. Revise and approve outgoing wires. Fill in as Branch Manager when necessary.

Assists Service Manager in managing teller line. Provides larger approvals to tellers when necessary to complete a transaction. Effectively demonstrate leadership amongst peers in all aspects of sales and service. Create effective schedules.Schedules and performs "Random Monthly Cash Counts". Process cash orders for store vault. Maintain a balanced Foreign Currency drawer. Provide tellers with advice and coaching when necessary.

Provide excellent customer service, while handling cash. Perform lengthy transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, money orders and many other types of transactions. Maintain a balanced cash drawer. Adhere to policy and procedure. Provide customer with offers presented to them by the Bank. Refer customers to Bankers. Comply with monthly tasks provided by management.
