The $3.4 billion 20 hectare transformation of Darling Harbour includes at its heart, Darling Square, a lively public realm teeming with a myriad of exciting retail offerings (over 70 retail tenancies). I have lead the design team to coordinate and deliver successful retail documentation packages for occupancy across the Darling Square precinct. Responsibilities include reviewing shop drawings and coordinating with facade design architects, consultants and site teams to deliver resolved design for contract issue and construction. $407 million development of the R1 Residential Tower One Sydney Harbour: Project team within Lendlease and in collaboration with international architects Renzo Piano Building Workshop to deliver milestone packages including Development Application. Review and execute high profile client purchaser variation documentation for contract. $455 million commercial development of T2 International Towers, as part of the Barangaroo Development precinct: Project team within Lendlease Design in collaboration with international architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners to successfully execute planning application, tender and construction packages. Lead and contribute to design problem solving, value engineering and consultant coordination to achieve project milestones and client expectations.

$210 million redevelopment of Caneland Central shopping centre (39,000sqm to 62,500sqm), Mackay. Work directly with project architect from design schematics through to design resolution and construction. Includes milestone successes - Development Application, tender submissions and Construction Certification. Marrickville Metro Part 3A Planning Application - work directly with project architect for successful completion of architectural concepts and drawings for Part 3A Planning submission.Strategic architectural processes including production of design concepts, schematics, presentations, CAD drawings, layouts, sample boards, CAD models for client and consultant meetings and marketing boards. Architectural design consulting with regards to the relevant Australian standards, codes and practices.

$75 million residential and commercial development of 157 Liverpool street. Part of team to coordinate architectural documentation and construction resolution. Completed Complying Development Certificate relating to an external signage package (Escada, Martin Place).South Sydney Leagues Club louver façade - schematic facade design.Responsible for general architectural administration; successful production of layouts, presentation and sample boards, and models for client meetings and marketing boards; drafting details in AutoCAD including those issued for Construction Certification, Development Application, and tender documentation ; Australian standards, codes and practices as well as architectural products and suppliers.
