At Invest Blue, we’re focused on understanding our clients so that we can help them put their goals to paper and identify how they can work towards achieving them. We do this by providing the expertise they need to make informed decisions about their finances and by building a plan together, that will guide them on the best options out there for them.I noticed that advisers weren’t really listening to their clients and that they almost always end up telling their clients what to do and not why to do it. That would never work with me. So, I treat my clients the way I would like to be treated. I like to have things thoroughly explained and I like to understand how the advice is the best way for me to achieve my goals. I also noticed the lack of communication between clients and advisers and that’s something I want to see change. I’m currently working hard to do this through continuous coaching and always being there for my clients when they need help.
