• Supported revenue growth of WD to over $4 billion by delivering multiple generations of HDD electronics
• Setup a new development center in Singapore from grounds-up, setting up the necessary infrastructure, recruiting and training engineers from around the world (US, China, India, Europe)
• Managed ASIC engineering for devices sold into OEMs, including SCSI controller chip-set used in several generations of IBM disk drives, generating over $60M annual revenue
• Led a team of hardware and software engineers to pioneer industry’s first Solid State Disk Drive using FLASH technology (in collaboration with SanDisk and AT&T)
