Leverage strong strategic insight and leadership acumen in serving as an external consultant for a large-scale, high impact Information Technology Architecture (ITA) initiative to apply Enterprise Governance and the Enterprise Project Portfolio under the IT Director’s Office. Drive all efforts related to the documentation and analysis of the current “As-Is” Enterprise Governance model.· Design, strategize, and deliver recommendations for a future “To-Be” Enterprise Governance model.· Establish business goals and strategies for an effective Enterprise Governance framework across the enterprise.· Perform a GAP analysis for the current “As-Is” Enterprise Governance model to a future “To-Be” Governance model.· Created a future Enterprise Governance roadmap and implementation plan across the organization as well as the change management plan for a new Enterprise Governance model.· Successfully built an Enterprise Project Portfolio utilizing Jira to deliver project reporting and analysis, highlighting resource constraints and other portfolio issues to executives for key decision-making.· Spearheaded all facets of the Enterprise Project Portfolio, which include establishing prioritization methodologies and frameworks to approve and reject project and program ideas.· Conducted effective training programs to train staff on Enterprise Governance and Enterprise Project Portfolio frameworks and processes while managing status reporting, risks, issues, decision logs, and general project management.· Directed all facets of project plan such as making presentations, project status reports, communication plans, and project charter.
