Supporting the Project Manager with project governance, risk management and project plans. Responsible for business analysis and business process improvement on a maternity project. Collecting information on the current process flow and system inputs, mapping the process using Lucidchart to visualise the steps. The current process map will be used to support the robotic process automation (RPA) of the maternity workflow

Gained hands on experience of simulation and mathematical modelling, applying mathematics to practical problems. Learnt how to process and interpret data and present it in a meaningful way. Used different design software to graphically visualise solutions and get an introduction to computer aided design. Worked alongside project managers using Project Professional and demonstrated the importance of planning and teamwork in a professional environment.

Worked with varying groups of young people to encourage and support them to improve their tennis. As a qualified Tennis Youth Leader, developed good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills working for a local performance tennis centre. Joined initially as a volunteer and subsequently as a paid Assistant Coach
