I manage all aspects of a multi-site specialty practice. In my demanding role I have 25 direct and indirect reports. I perform all HR functions including employee benefits management and administration and payroll. I am responsible for the revenue cycle management operations and performance throughout the entire revenue cycle. Our revenue cycle is managed in-house after I successfully transitioned it to an internal team from an expensive 3rd party billing company. I am the main technical contact for our systems; I am the super user for our medical record as well as the project manager for all systems upgrades. In my time at Saunders I have transitioned the company to VOIP phones from analog, to a MS Office 365 single sign-on ecosystem, implemented a networked copier system, implemented an efax system, transitioned to a new medical record, oversaw two location build-outs and one location remodel, overseen countless smaller projects and initiatives. I have analyzed this business from every angle to make it efficient, increase revenue and decrease costs.
